3D2N Mt. Kinabalu Climbing | MK302

The most popular request in SABAH. Proposed programme for this trip is as below:

Day 1 - Pick up from airport / city hotel, then drive to KINABALU PARK or MESILAU NATURE RESORT. Climbers have the choice of starting the climb from either TIMPOHON GATE inside KINABALU NATIONAL PARK or MESILAU GATE inside MESILAU RESORT. The night is spent at lodges at either Kinabalu Park or Mesilau Resort.

Day 2- Ater breakfast, meet your mountain guide asn begin the trek to LABAN RATA resthouse which is located about 3000 metres above sea level. Spend the night at LABAN RATA Resthouse Area.

Day 3 - Wake up as early as 2.00 AM local time to begin treking up the summit in order to catch the sunrise. After reaching the summit, return to LABAN RATA area for breakfast. Begin trek down to TIMPOHON GATE. Return to KOTA KINABALU CITY or other options.
